Build The Vendor Team
Think of phase 1 as building your vendor family on your wedding day! These are the people that will play a major role on one of the most important days of your life. The vendors included in phase 1 are:

Wedding Design
This is where we put pen to paper and finally give all the ideas that have been living rent free in your mind a place to live! If you were building a new house, think of the design brochure as the floorplan for what’s to come and what’s expected for your big day!
phase 2
- Wedding day timeline, bride timeline, groom timeline, vendor arrival timeline
- Incorporate all details from phases 1 & 2 into the timelines
- Meet with client & venue coordinators. Finalize tastings/packages, and hours to align with the timeline.
- Manage all wedding vendors & communicate wedding day timeline for set up times.
- Finalize guest count and secure logistics with catering, rentals, venue, etc.
- Finalize floorplan with venue and manage the setup of hard goods and rentals.
- Ceremony rehearsal with bridal party.
- Belle Bodas Events team on-site at wedding day handling production, coordination with vendors, timelines, bride and groom suites, wedding flow, etc.

This part of the wedding planning package is where the final wrap up of the planning process happens.

- Begin hiring your vendors and completing planning tasks
Onboard With Belle Bodas Events
Your onboarding meeting with Belle Bodas will be scheduled within two weeks of you signing your contract. This is where we give you the professional tools to plan your own wedding! In this wedding planning package we set you up for success to complete the planning process on your own.
phase 1
- Retrace couple’s footsteps to make sure everything has been completed
- Review hired vendors and contracts
- Build and finalize all timelines (wedding day, bride timeline, groom timeline)
- Wedding venue site visit to confirm layout
- Secure vendor arrival times to venue
- Ceremony rehearsal with bridal party
Kick-Off Call 60 Days Prior To Wedding Day
Now that we’re 60 days out from your wedding day, you officially begin your planning meetings with us!
phase 2
- Belle Bodas team is on-site handling day of production
- Day of contact for all vendors
- Securing layout and setup is correct
- Setting up your personal decor
- Confirming tables, chairs, linens, and rentals are all correct and in place
- Answering guest questions
- Serving as an anchor for family and friends apart of the wedding for any questions or comments on wedding day
- Running the ceremony on time
- Managing the wedding time and flow of events
- Wedding strike at the end of the night, once the wedding has ended
- Packing up couple’s personal decor items
